Yes, I think these will be fine. There's enough variety in there for you to find at least some things that will work well for you, and it's great that you already know that the stress is only going to be temporary…. (and probably not nearly as tough as that first year of college!). We have a terrific audio for fear of flying by KRS Edstrom, called Fly without Fear, but it doesn’t sound like this is the problem so much as strange new surroundings.
I applaud your decision to go ahead and do this, in spite of your worries about being upset at first. This bodes well for your future - not letting the anxiety stop you. (And as one great therapist friend of mine used to tell his clients, "Anxiety is just anxiety. It won’t kill you and it’s actually very close to the way excitement feels - a lot of people confuse the two!").
