Ben asks about a CD for caregiver stress after watching his elderly mother-in-law and aunt come apar
Have you considered creating an imagery targeted specifically to caregiver stress? I''m watching my 80-yr old mother-in-law and 70 yr-old aunt come apart mentally because of the overload of watching their partner become seriously ill and trying to learn about, understand and make decisions about medical issues. Each is worn out mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, and could use some relief.
As a health educator, I would recommend getting some feedback from geriatric professionals about the multitude of issues caregivers face and what kind of encouragement and support would soothe and comfort them. However you get the info, I think your work could really provide some mental and emotional respite to these caregivers who are hurting and tired. Thanks for your consideration.
You are the third person this week to suggest this! But the truth is people have always asked for imagery that addresses this topic, so it’s high up on the queue. I’ll see what I can do, as soon as I finish a few other titles ahead of it.
Thanks very much for the feedback.
