Your goals are laudable, and I can suggest some resources. But I want to say two things first.
One: It might be worthwhile for you to look into what is driving this behavior. That’s because it’s clear you wrote this question in a big hurry, and it may take some extra help and support to get you to slow down enough to change this pattern. Audio programs alone may not be enough with a pattern that I suspect is quite strong, and maybe supported by your fast-paced work environment.
Two: Your desired goal – to go from blurting out unkind things to becoming extremely nice – also seems to imply that results are expected in a big hurry. It may be more realistic to go from blurting, to blurting less, to being more nice, to being more nice more of the time, to being extremely nice. This is a process that will take time.
That said, I suppose the guided imagery that most directly addresses anger is our Anger & Forgiveness audio program. But anything that can slow you down and increase your ability to relax, breathe, slow down and self-soothe is going to contribute to making you kinder. So you could try Relieve Stress or several others as well.
Again, I just want to warn you that you will probably have to listen to these meditations a few times before they're going to have an effect, and you may need to watch your impatience for results. The sheer power of your determination to power through this will stand you in good stead.
Good luck and all best!
