Dear Frank,Yes, it’s fine to alternate. Sometimes it’s good to start off saturating yourself with one first, then with the other, then alternating. But you can certainly just start out alternating and eventually the same effect will take hold. If this is more interesting and appealing to you, to do it this way from the get-go, by all means, do it that way! The main thing is staying with it and continued use, however you like to do it.
As for your second question - yes, that’s exactly the way imagery impacts most people - in a seamless, subtle way that feels so natural and integrated that it’s not even all that perceptible... But one day you notice that your attitudes or symptoms or responses have shifted in the way you’d hoped. So that’s great! I’m very glad it’s working for you, and thanks for the terrific question.
