Is There Imagery For Those Nagging Little Thoughts about Death?

07 May

Dear BR,

Do you have something for the fear of dying?

Or death, facing death, mortality??? It's actually not for the immediacy of dying, but the niggly thoughts that enter our heads. (I’m asking for a few friends who all have the same night time thoughts about a fearfulness about dying.) Love your recordings!

Thx, Lewis

Thank you, Lewis. I think there are reassuring/comforting messages on the Hospice/Palliative Care imagery audio that do address these fears. Even though you are not as focused on the immediacy of death, I still think this audio addresses those “yikes! I’m going to be dead!” thoughts just the same. You can find it here: https://www.healthjourneys.com/help-with-hospice/ - I suggest you listen to the sound sample and see for yourself if this might be a fit.

All best to you,

Belleruth
