A longtime sufferer from fibromyalgia reports that guided imagery has helped
I want to personally thank you for helping me with my fibromyalgia. I purchased Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue in May of 2004. I have improved so much since and this CD is wonderful in making you feel like you can take control of this "thing" that has a hold on your body, mind and spirit.
On the CD, BR mentions the song your heart sings. I had not heard my song for a long time and I was determined to get it back. I now have the song in my heart and much more. I asked my Dr. to listen to the CD so she could recommend it to other patients. And I was so inspired by this, I decided to write a book! (Or it may be an article for Reader’s Digest) about my journey with fibromyalgia. So I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my singing heart!
If only people just knew more about the breath and healing and imagery, they could begin to really tackle their fibromyalgia and wrestle it to the ground! I’m am telling this to everyone who will listen. Once again, thank you!!
