Healthy Heart

01 Aug
Hi Belleruth: I have been suffering from high blood pressure for about a year and a half, that I know of. Through the advice of my regular doctor I have been taking a prescription drug for about that time a year and a half. My blood pressure still has not come down.

In April of this year I changed my diet, eliminating foods that might be contributing to my high blood pressure. Although I did begin to feel better, there was no change in my pressure.

A few weeks ago my new doctor recommended your guided imagery tape on HEALTHY HEART. In conversation I had mentioned to him that I had been doing visualization, etc. for about 20 yrs.

I played your tape twice a day and after only eight days my blood pressure had dropped considerably. I will continue to play it every day until my pressure drops back down to normal. I thought you’d like this story!

Thanks, Sarah.
