Christine Rosche, MPH,CBT, creator of the very successful and highly effective Light Living program to help people achieve a healthy weight, has started something new for people with diabetes. For the past 3 years, she’s been adapting her Light Living principles for a large diabetes clinic, where patients get a customized nutritional protocol and weekly coaching sessions, which include 30 minutes of one-on-one guided imagery as part of the session (Chris has been trained at AGI and is fully certified for interactive guided imagery, hypnosis and biofeedback therapy.) They also get our Health Journeys Weight Loss and Relieve Stress CDs as part of the program.

In addition, Chris has developed a PreMeal Beverage for people to use 30 minutes or more before each meal. According to her latest findings, this beverage has helped to lower insulin levels by 50% within 2 weeks of regular use, when accompanied by daily guided imagery.

Chris has been dedicated to this project for years, and her expertise at guided imagery, along with her other special skills in nutritional counseling, biofeedback therapy, stress management, hypnotherapy and body image retraining, has helped her craft a uniquely integrated approach to weight and health management.
