A man at Belleruth’s Wellness Community talk last week, writes to say he didn’t realize that the tape he got from his nurse that he counted on during chemotherapy was guided imagery
I was at your talk at the Wellness Community in St. Louis last week. I meant to come up afterward, but the line was too long. I needed to get home. So I did not wait.

Here is what I was going to say. When I had chemotherapy for prostate cancer two years ago and last year, a nurse gave me a tape to listen to. It was a big help. I counted on it. It got me through. I wore it out as a matter of fact.

I did not realize it was you until you started speaking on Saturday. I did not even realize that I was listening to guided imagery. I just knew I liked it.

This is to say thanks.
