Chemotherapy guided imagery helps daughter

19 Sep
A Mom writes about her gratitude for the guided imagery that helped soothe and comfort her daughter during chemotherapy, every night and day for many weeks
Dear BR,
I now know firsthand what a soothing and helpful tool guided imagery is. At Christmas time, my daughter Kathy was told she had cancer. Kaiser sent her to the Cleveland Clinic for her chemo. As of today, it appears she will be a survivor, but, due to the doctor’s recommendation, she will continue chemo until June.

After her second or third treatment, the social worker lent my daughter the Health Journeys guided imagery tape for chemotherapy. She loves it - listens each a.m. and p.m. They HELP her. I wanted to personally tell you and thank you.
