I''ve been using DesktopSpa ever since I read about it in the Washington Post a couple of years ago. I have chronic back and neck pain from hunching over a computer all day at work. The yoga stretches with Cyndi Lee and Susan Winter Ward twice a day keep my back loose and my shoulders released.

I especially like using the email prompt feature, because I am someone who gets very involved with my work, so much so that I forget about everything else. Every morning at 8:55 and every afternoon at 5:35 I am emailed a reminder that it is time to do my yoga. Because of this, I don''t forget.

Thank you for designing such a fine self-care program. Please add some more exercises to it.
