Domestic Violence Trauma Survivor Praises Imagery, EMDR

16 Aug
Dear Belleruth:

It is with heartfelt thanks that I write to you. I am a survivor of domestic violence, long-time sufferer with Fibromyalgia, and PTSD. Your guided imagery programs have given me fabulous healing and added hope to life that these 'injuries' can be alleviated enough to let me live my life joyfully.

I have used the guided imagery programs for weight loss and smoking cessation with great success, also. I praise your work and your products to others whenever I get the chance.

Your book Invisible Heroes was not only a breath of fresh air that let me actually 'name' the PTSD, but also filled with excellent information and resources for on-going healing and self-directed symptom management.

I sought outside help with a Rapid-Eye Treatment specialist [Ed. Note: EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing] and the results have been phenomenal. I am promised that the results are just beginning to surface and my life is already turning around with my face turned towards the sun instead of looking to the ground with shame and guilt.

Bless you and those that contribute to your products. You have given me information and programs that could easily be classified as 'life-saving'. My well-being has been improved, my outlook on life has been significantly impacted positively, and I am a true believer in energy medicine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart,

Rhoda
