Imagery Helps People Die Peacefully & Caregivers to Let Them Go

A woman encourages her husband to go visit with his father during his final days, and gives him some guided imagery to take along with him...
We were very happy to get this email last week:

I think guided imagery that is unique and targeted to specific needs can deliver real benefits.

Peaceful DyingMy husband got word in February that hospice had been called in for his father, who was in a nursing home. I encouraged him to go out to be with his father before he died, and sent the "Peaceful Dying" CD with him to play while at his father''s bedside.

We have had four deaths in 9 months in my family, so we are all a bit taxed! Anyway, many of the staff at the facility and the hospice workers who entered my father-in-law''s room commented on how soothing the CD was as they overheard portions of it.

Although I was not there myself, I believe it gave comfort to both my husband, his family, and his father during his journey home. Thanks to Health Journeys for your work.
