Trauma survivor describes what she did to get on the road to recovery

06 Jun
A trauma survivor describes what she did to climb out of her "dark Hell-hole of terror" and enjoy life, thrive and be in a stable relationship for the first time in over twenty years..
I am a survivor of multiple traumas. Your imagery, combined with psychotherapy, massage, cranial-sacral work and bodywork, along with medication, has brought me out of the dark Hell-hole of terror. Now I am free of meds, and my life is moving in a very positive direction. I am in a stable relationship for the first time in more than 20 years, and I wake up every morning with praise for this universe that I am in it. Guided imagery has been a precious gift to me and I thank you.
