When a young woman delivers her preemie baby at 28 weeks by C-section and then develops a terrible infection that requires yet even more surgery, she of course becomes fearful and anxious..
Dear Belleruth and Health Journeys,

I went into preterm labor at 26 weeks. They kept me on bed rest in the hospital for 2 weeks before they took the baby by C-section. Turns out that I developed a terrible infection inside my C-section wound, and needed another surgery to clean it out. They told me that my wound needed to heal from the inside out and that could take at least 2-3 months.

I developed a huge sense of fear after the surgery and someone recommended your General Wellness CD to me. I did that CD twice a day and with the help of your CD, I healed in 4 weeks!! I now have moved on to some of your other CD''s to help me relax and work on my nerves.

Thank you so much, I could not be where I am with out listening everyday!
