A 51 year old suffering from posttraumatic stress and a lack of nurturing in her early life finds that by noticing the smallest gestures of kindness around her, she is filling in the gaps..
I want to let you know how grateful I am. Your work caught me off guard (and its about time - I’m 51). I can now address the big issues in my life. I related when I read comments from others about not having nurturing people in our histories. I want to say that through the PTSD meditation and affirmations, I am noticing even the smallest kind gestures of those around me. And I now notice my own offers of kindness to others. I almost feel my brain making connections to something deep and reparative within when this happens. Thank you ten thousand times.

My question is whether your technicians would transfer some of your other work available only on cassette tapes, such as Your Sixth Sense, onto CDs. Thank you again and again.
