Hello, all.

Cheryl tells me that our CD version for Alcohol & Other Drugs is in the works, and should be ready in 4-6 weeks. So you may want to call 800.800.8661 and pre-order it if you’ve been waiting for this for a while. And, as you may already know, we finally got our Headache imagery on CD, and they are now in the warehouse. Slowly but surely we’re CD-ifying all our titles. Bear with us! We’re almost done!

When you have a minute, come visit our events page , where we’ve listed several upcoming 2004 workshops. Perhaps you can join us in Washington DC, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Bloomington IL, Cleveland, Rutland VT, Rhinebeck NY, New York City, Oklahoma City, Indianapolis, Raleigh-Durham, San Diego, Pacific Grove, Toronto and Hilton Head, to name just a few spots.

Most of of these events are good for continuing education credits, too. And, in addition, you should also know that our distributors get special discounts to these workshops, for themselves and for their clients, too. (Click on , or Karen Wilkerson can tell you more about this if you call her at 800.800.8661 or email her at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . )

We continue to archive our up-to-the-minute research findings on imagery, meditation, biofeedback, relaxation and hypnosis on our Hot Research page, where everything is searchable by topic. And we’re cross-referencing these items as fast as we can, to make every abstract even more easily accessible.

If you have time, do check out the jubilant social worker’s story about using imagery to help her pass the heinous LISW exam - her joy is contagious!

Take care and be well,
