Hello.

I got a question this week, asking where is the promised imagery CD on obsessive-compulsive disorder (or OCD), and all I can say is, it’s in the queue, scheduled to be worked on when I’m done with the panic attack imagery I’m researching now. These things take longer than you would think - I really do spend a lot of time on getting it as accurate and sensitive and up-to-date as possible. In addition, and I’m interrupted by other requirements (like writing these pages every week! And finding talented practitioners with terrific titles to include in our catalog!), so please be patient. I’m committed to getting this done, honest!

Do check on this week’s question, which is about how to work on what is often referred to as ‘suppressed memory’ of abuse; and the latest research on how powerfully effective mind-body methods are for headache - findings that are supported by this week’s inspiring story, I’m happy to report.

Take care, happy spring, and be well!
