We’ll also be packaging as a CD the four intuition-building guided imagery exercises that right now can only be found in cassette format on the Harper Audiobook of Your Sixth Sense . We had to get their OK to do this, so now that we have that, we can proceed with making the CD. We’ve always had a lot of requests for this, but didn’t feel we could do much about it until now.

And of course, I’m still working on the new imagery for Panic Attack and Acute Anxiety, thanks to all your emails and suggestions.

For those of you suffering from chronic functional pain conditions, (fibromyalgia, interstitial cystitis, IBS, RSD, migraine, TMJ, etc etc - baffling conditions, often associated with PTSD) I wanted to let you know about a terrific teleclass being offered by ACEP, the energy psychology folks, on Saturday, April 8th, with Maggie Phillips, PhD, an expert in this area and in traumatic stress work. The class is described thusly:

Energy Psychology Treatment
of Chronic Emotional and Physical Pain
with Maggie Phillips

This teleclass will focus on the art and the science of treating pain conditions with Energy Psychology. We will discuss the mechanisms of pain, the importance of trauma in the persistent pain equation, and several EP methods to relieve pain, rebalance the energy system, and remove common barriers that prevent optimal response to treatment. Case consultation and clinical questions are welcome. For more information contact Gloria Arenson at This email address is being protected from spambots.
