Hello.
Well, it’s been a couple of years since we began in earnest to include the work of other practitioners in our catalog, in a wholehearted (and ever-continuing) attempt to bring you the absolute crème de la crème of mind-body-spirit resources.

I just looked over a printout of what you ordered most since January 1st of this year, and, of my own titles, you clearly favored CD versions of Relieve Stress, Healing Trauma, Weight Loss, Relaxation & Wellness and Healthful Sleep most, followed closely by General Wellness, Self-Confidence and Ease Depression - no big surprises there, except to see that Weight Loss has been nudged out of it’s numero uno position at last.

More intriguing to me were what you liked best of our new resources and practices. Tops on the list was Martha Howard’s Freeing Yourself of Excess Weight, followed closely by David Illig’s Weight Loss Hypnotic & Subliminal Learning CD - so I guess the topic of weight loss hasn’t quite lost its charm yet.

Lynne Newman’s richly evocative Song of the Soul was way up there, as was Carol Ginandes’ Rapid Recovery from Injury. Emmett Miller’s Down with High Blood Pressure is hot, as is David Illig’s Reduce Stress & Anxiety Hypnotic & Subliminal Learning and Emmett’s 10-minute Stress Manager.

And I’m delighted to see that the superb Tranquillities series - for both Stress and Cancer - by Rev. Donna Shenk and Dr. Robert Miller , combining Psalm-based imagery, Bible-based organ music, aromatherapy and environmental sounds and has been so enthusiastically received.

Of course, Steve Kohn’s superb Soundtrack from Health Journeys, Vol. One and his newer, Vol. Two work, Inward Journey, were huge hits, as always.

I’ll have much more data as the year progresses, when the newer releases have a chance to catch up with the resources that have been around for a while.

Take care and be well,
