Hello, everyone.

We just heard from our favorite online holistic pet shop, www.gooddoggoods.com, to say that they’re especially loving their e-visits and phonecalls from Health Journeys customers, who, needless to say, represent a very fine class o’ people!!

Soon we’ll be producing some new imagery by Emmett Miller, Emmett Miller one of the truly great imagery pioneers, who combines an amazing voice with complex combinations of imagery, hypnosis and affirmations. The first titles we’ll be publishing will be for people with cancer - one will have a track of powerful immune system/cancer fighting imagery with a second track of guided meditation for help with chemotherapy. The other title will combine the immune system/cancer fighting imagery with a guided meditation for radiation therapy. So stay tuned for that one.

We’ve also managed to talk the gifted composer-musician, Steve Kohn Steve Kohn , into making an extended play recording of the beautiful, deeply calming music that he wrote for our Panic Attack imagery. People really love this music - I’ve been playing it at my most recent round of workshops, and so many participants asked for it. I’ve regretted having to say it was not available as a CD. Soon, however, it will be.

Cindy tells me that we’ve always had so many requests for one long, uninterrupted recording to meditate by, or work to, or to just enjoy without the stops and starts of separate tracks. So this new recording will have that feature too. Every time I listen to Steve’s music after being away from it for a while, I feel these waves of gratitude for his talent.

With all the crazy weather, pre-holiday stress, hyper-busyness and distraction going around these days, do try to stay safe, drive carefully, breathe deeply and find some moments of sweetness.

Take care and be well,
