Hello again.

Well, we’re thrilled to announce that Kaiser Permanente is now streaming guided imagery for one and all on its most excellent website, introducing it to members, some of whom have never heard of it. Now, how enlightened is that? We think very. If you are a Kaiser member, you’ll find a smorgasbord of imagery to help with pain, stress, sleep, surgery, pregnancy and menopause.

We salute KP for offering this terrific program and bringing the benefits of guided imagery to so many. Hey, they’re no dummies. It helps them, too!

Do click over to our calendar page so you can check out the upcoming talks and workshops and decide if you want to show up for one or more. On March 9th, there’s a keynote and workshop in Richmond for social workers, statewide, at the Virginia NASW annual conference. March 23rd finds me talking with cancer survivors in San Francisco, and on March 24th I’ll be sharing the speakers roster with Mimi Guarnari, Alberto Villoldo and many others at a 2-day Conference on healing in Sacramento. On April 21st I’ll be speaking on imagery for Parkinson’s in Tallmadge, Ohio; and on June 20th, the Great Lakes Wellness Conference meets in Traverse City, Michigan, where I’ll speak about imagery, wellness and stress relief. We’ll be posting more very shortly, but that’s it for now.

Ok, that’s it for now.

Take care and be well,
