Events begin this week in Cleveland, with a discussion of the power of guided imagery at The Gathering Place, in Westlake Nov. 29, and in Beachwood Nov. 30, and continue through June, with a wellness cruise to Alaska. . .

Hello, All.  I hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful, and you weren’t too stuffed with stuffing.

I’m really looking forward to speaking at The Gathering Place, one of my all time favorite organizations.  I’ll be demonstrating and describing the power and effectiveness of guided imagery for cancer fighters, survivors, caregivers, family and friends.
My first talk will be this Wednesday, November 29, at 6:30 on the West Side of Cleveland, at the Corporate College West Building, at 25425 Center Ridge Road, Westlake.

The second is Thursday evening, November 30 at 6:30, in Beachwood at 23300 Commerce Park.

And for those of you who are interested in childhood trauma and ACES (Adverse Childhood Events), I’ll be interviewed about guided imagery  by the awesome Cis White on her live chat program dedicated to parenting with ACES on December 12 (1 pm eastern).  You can check that out here:

A couple more things to note on your calendar.  I’ll be keynoting an all day Integrative medicine conference for Inova Health System in Fairfax, VA on April 14, 2018.

And I’ll be participating in a Seabourn Wellness Cruise to Alaska with Andy Weil and his merrye band of experts, from June 16-28, 2018, heading from Vancouver, British Columbia to Seward, Alaska. You can learn more about this luxurious adventure in virtuous, healthy living here:

Hope to see you soon.

All best,
