Hello, again.

We’ve completely updated and redesigned our catalog pages. They were getting a tad out of hand, after having grown like topsy, due to our adding so many new resources in such a fairly short amount of time. So now, if you click on "SHOP", you’ll see what we hope to be a much more user-friendly page, with sensibly listed categories with their own dropdown windows on the left nav bar, and the same archive and search system you’ve grown used to on the right-hand side.

Please let us know if this new system works for you when you get around to using it. We think it’s terrific, but you can also get tunnel vision after working on something too closely for too long, so we may have missed something. If you find anything to be confusing, dysfunctional or difficult to use, please let us know at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we’ll take a second look at it.

Downloads continue to be our most favorite method of delivery these days. You can find our complete list of downloads at http://www.healthjourneys.com/MainCategory.aspx?mcid=18 but if this keeps up, we’ll be adding many, many more. Amazing. Who knew?

Next week I’ll be telling you about a very exciting guided imagery study that’s starting at the Durham V.A. Hospital/Duke Medical Center with women vets suffering from PTSD due to sexual trauma (horrid to say, that’s 20% of them, at the very least). This study is particularly exciting because it’s not just going to measure the effects of imagery through standardized psych testing and interviews, but through functional MRI’s and very fancy blood tests. This could yield some very important results.

OK, that’s it for now. Take care and be well.

All best,
