Hello, everyone.

The interest in our new Panic Attack CD is so strong, we’re all beginning to wonder just how many people actually suffer out there from panic. It’s certainly a lot more than any of us here at HJ ever thought. It kind of makes you wonder if our stress loads have just gone off the charts these days. Maybe I can hunt down some good statistics on this and report back.

In the meantime, Cindy and the team have put together an Anti-Panic Pack, consisting of our new Help with Panic Attacks CD; a terrific new Ericksonian hypnosis CD from that master of the craft, David Illig called Calm and Relaxed Jim Porter''s exquisitely calming, gorgeous to look at DVD, Rest & Relax.

We think this combination of titles can put a serious dent into the nasty symptoms of this quality-of-life-pounding condition, and fairly quickly at that. We’re also happy to say that this combo represents a hefty savings of nearly $18. It won’t work every time for everybody, but it will seriously help a lot of people most of the time. Please write us with feedback about this or anything else. We count on it.

We have some new dates on the speaking calendar. Do check out our events page for the full story on what’s coming up. The rough outline of dates and locations I’ll be speaking at looks like this:
  • Aug 19 Snowmass, CO

  • Sept 28-30 Rochester, MN

  • Oct 5-7 Hampton Rds, VA

  • Nov 1 Rancho Mirage, CA

  • Nov 3 -4 Danbury, CT

  • April 10 Philadelphia, PA

  • April 25 Oconomowoc, WI

OK, I’ll hope to see some of you at some of these workshops/conferences. More details to come later.

Take care and be well.
