{mosimage}Hello again.

Those of you on our snail mail list have probably just received our new print catalog , hot off the press. If you haven’t and you want one, click here.

One of the new practitioners we’re featuring in it is a fantastic teacher of Buddhist meditation, the awesome Bodhipaska. (Don’t be fooled by the exotic, Eastern name; the guy has a fantastic Scottish accent.)
{mosimage}He has a beautiful, warm way of leading his deep and powerful meditations, and I encourage you to give this work a try. We’re carrying his Meditations for Busy People, nine superb guided exercises averaging about 8 minutes apiece, as well as Guided Meditations for Calmness, Awareness & Love, three 20-minute exercises for mindfulness meditation, loving kindness meditation and walking meditation; and Guided Meditations for Stress Reduction , two half-hour meditations for creating deep peace and inner calm. One is better than the next. Check ‘em out if you can.
I hope to see some of you in New Orleans, Denver and Salt Lake City over the fall. Check our Events Calendar for dates. And for more information about this 9 CE weekend workshop on Reversing Panic Attacks, Acute Stress and PTSD: Powerful New Solutions to Formerly Intractable Problems, call 800-395-8445, email This email address is being protected from spambots.
