Hello again.

Well, the response we got to the mention of DesktopSpa in our last e-newsletter has been like nothing before - a deluge of click-throughs from everywhere. For those of you who came in late, our little "healer app", is our free, 24-7, web-based "jukebox" of brief, streamed, guided practices to help you de-stress at the screen, at work or at home.

DTS provides over 100 mini-treatments for you to choose from - imagery, hypnosis, yoga, qigong, meditation, breathwork - led by some of the leading lights in the field - Jon Kabat-Zinn, Andy Weil, Carol Dickman, Cyndi Lee, Ken Cohen, Shinzen Young and Martha Howard, to name a few.

You can program it to address specific health concerns - your aching back, strained eyes, lousy concentration, smoking habit or repetitively stressed wrists, for instance - or you can stick to using it for general relaxation.

And if you like, it will send you an email reminder to do your chosen practices, at any time of day or night you choose to be nagged.

Best of all, you can use it to send a Well-O-Gram to a stressed-out friend. A Well-O-Gram is a charming email with a link to a helpful practice, along with your kind wishes for your friend’s health and well-being.

To access DesktopSpa, click on ; you can give yourself a user name and passcode of your own choosing. But where it says "corporate code", enter the word: guest . written here, all lower case, because it’s case-sensitive. And that’s it. You’re in. Enjoy! De-stress! Breathe! Stretch! Chill! And smile, because it’s free!

Take care and stay cool,
