Greetings. I hope everyone’s had a really good holiday weekend.

As soon as I can free myself from a pile of heinous paperwork, I’m going to pack my car with about 200 pounds worth of audios and videos, sent to me from all over the planet, and then drive to Martha’s Vineyard, where I can review them for our rapidly growing list of Health Journeys catalog resources, at a leisurely pace.

When necessary, I’ll refresh my mental and sensory palate with walks along the ocean and communion with my favorite nesting swan. Hopefully the timing will be right to see her enthroned in her usual spot in the rushes of a nearby pond, looking all regal and magnificent. But you never know. She may have already been and gone; or this year, she may not get around to reproduction ''til late summer. I’m told the timing is all about the weather.

But speaking of new stuff, do check out our ever-changing new stuff page and take a look at what we’ve added. You’ll also see that my new book, Invisible Heroes: Survivors of Trauma and How They Heal scheduled for an August 31st ship date, is posted there as well. I’m told that if you pre-order the book from us, the gang in Akron will arrange it so you’ll have an autographed copy - something Amazon can’t provide!

Our new catalog is almost ready for final approval, and you’ll be seeing more new resources there as well.

Take care, stay safe and be well.
