New Fertility Audios!!

10 Apr

Cindy tells me we now have some great new fertility-enhancing titles in the warehouse.

We’re now carrying Jennifer Bloome’s In-Vitro Fertility Cycle, which consists of four expertly written, highly targeted segments, designed for each of the different stages of the IVF cycle.  Track 1 is Hitting Your Mark from Shots to Retrieval; Track 2 is Rest & Rejuvenate, from Retrieval to Transfer; for Track 3, there’s Baby’s Sweet Spot: from Transfer to Implantation (week 1 of the 2-week wait); and Track 4 is The Waiting Game: from Implantation to Pregnancy Test (week 2 of the 2 week wait). You can see that she knows this stuff cold, and gets all the frustrations and challenges a couple experiences,  undergoing this procedure.

We also have Meditations for a Fertile Soul, also by Jennifer Bloome but this time with Randine Lewis.  Based on Qi Gong exercises and Taoist principles, the three tracks are about New Hope; Finding Stillness; and Opening Your Heart.  Listeners are guided to liberate energy flow, accept the body, and release negative ideas, comments and self-talk.  I like her voice very much, and the imagery works well - again, she knows this territory from A to Z.  I’d prefer it to be a little less prescriptive in a few places, but that’s a minor quibble.  This will help a lot of people.

To celebrate the arrival of these two terrific new titles, the staff put together a new, improved Fertility Pack, consisting of the perennially popular Help for Fertility, Monica Morell’s superb Fertility Yoga video and Meditations for a Fertile Soul, described above. Normally this would retail for $69.88, but the staff gave it a discount of over $20 off, at a dazzling $48.95.

And just to get off the fertility kick for a minute, I was wild about Peg Doyle’s Wellness and You Stress Management audio - a really lovely, soothing, super-relaxing guided meditation experience.  It’s short - the imagery is 10 minutes and the affirmations are under nine (sometimes less is more and that can be a plus.)  And it’s quite well recorded and mixed, too. I liked it a LOT.

OK, take care and be well!

All best,
