Hello, again!

Well, I got this fabulous photo via email last week, and I laughed so hard, I snorted my coffee all over my keyboard. I decided then and there that, given what’s been going on in the world, we could all use a good laugh. So please enjoy these dazzling Canadian "flashers-in-effigy", created by some hilarious artistes in Quebec... I wish they lived next door to me. Every day, walking out of the house would be an adventure - or the possibility of one.

I’ve been reading the galleys of a wonderful, new book by the inimitable Stephen Levine, called Unattended Sorrow: Recovering from Loss and Reviving the Heart. It’s a gem. Keep an eye out for it in February, 2005. I’m giving it five stars.

And speaking of good reviews, I’m very gratified to see the comments coming in about Invisible Heroes: Survivors of Trauma and How They Heal some are posted on Amazon as well. I’m also very happy to see the way the information is being received, as I travel around the country and present it to various groups. Last week, I was in San Diego, Monterey and San Francisco. I’m writing this from Toronto, and later on this week, I’ll be in New York and then Oklahoma City. (Next week, it’s Boston and then Baltimore). Please check the calendar for what’s coming up, if you feel like joining me at one of these workshops or talks.

Take care and be well,
