Hello, everyone.

To mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re offering our Pink Ribbon Pack on special sale. It contains guided imagery for Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy and General Wellness, along with a terrific yoga video, created specifically for breast cancer survivors by Susan Rosen, called Yoga and the Gentle Art of Healing. There’s a savings of almost $13 on the CDs.

I’m looking forward to seeing many of you in Falmouth (Cape Cod) for my 9 CEU workshop at the Sea Crest on October 29-30. I’m told the hotel is now sold out, but if you call The ConferenceWorks!, they’ll help you find lodgings nearby. More info about the workshop, which is called Breakthroughs in Healing Trauma: Success through Guided Imagery and the New Therapies, is at 888.517.7089 or at http://www.conferenceworks.com/speaker_bnapa_trauma.cfm .

AHP, which sponsors all ConferenceWorks events, is an approved provider of continuing ed credit, and you will get 9 contact hours if you are a counselor, social worker, nurse or massage therapist.

Our soon-to-be doomed-to-extinction cassettes are flying off the shelves in our Akron warehouse, ever since we announced that we were soon switching to CDs and DVD’s only. So if you prefer cassettes, you’d best stock up on ‘em now. Sorry about that, but it no longer makes sense for us to produce them, and it was just a matter of time before we followed the industry standard. (We held out longer than most, because so many of our nurses and social workers were still using them in clinical settings. But even those stalwart devotees are losing interest in tape format..)

Someone pointed out last week that Invisible Heroes got high praise as "The Best of 2004" in the Health & Well-Being category from Chapters/Indigo, the big book chain of Canada. Thanks very much to our neighbors from the north!

Take care and be well,
