Well, folks, we’ve devised a GIFT E-CARD , so you can send a download to a pal or loved one. The e-card, attractively festooned with a snazzy blue gift ribbon, offers the link, along with your personal message..
Hello, everyone!

I just learned that Northwestern University / Northwestern Memorial Hospital gave our General Wellness CDs and a de-stressing aromatherapy candle to their oncology nurses - how cool is that? What a fabulous, sensitive, appreciative gift!!

Well, folks, since you are loving our downloads so much, indeed, in ways we had never anticipated, we’ve now devised a GIFT E-CARD so you can send a download to a pal or loved one. The card - attractively festooned with a snazzy blue gift ribbon - has the link right on it, along with your personal gift message. The recipient is good to go, once they get the card - all they have to do is follow the very simple instructions included on the card.

We happen to think this is an ideal gift to an overseas soldier, as a traumatic stress prevention (or reduction) toolkit - any kind of self-regulation practice is going to help get those galloping neurohormones back in line after a high-stress incident, but keep in mind, the Relaxation & Wellness and the Healing Trauma imagery are what performed beautifully for dramatically reducing PTSD with our vets at the Durham VA/Duke Medical Center; and Healthful Sleep is another invaluable aid to helping our troops get some decent sleep under indecent conditions. Please spread the word! This is such an easy, accessible tool to give our hard-pressed military!

And don’t ever say we don’t listen to you, although admittedly, we can be sluggish at times, like "Molasses in January", as my mother would have said.. After.. um, years.. of being asked for the intuition exercises from Your Sixth Sense: Unlocking the Power of Your Intuition, we finally got permission from Harper Audio (they have the rights and produce the cassettes ) to go ahead and make CDs of these intuition-enhancing, creativity supporting, guided imagery exercises. So guess what? Unlocking Intuition is now in the warehouse!!

Another effort - get persuade the super-talented yoga teacher, Carol Dickman, to please, please produce her Bed Top Yoga and Seated Yoga on DVD, finally took hold. We should have these in the warehouse in a couple of weeks. Keep your fingers crossed.

I’m also thrilled to announce that we’re now carrying the awesome Detox Box , a terrifically effective cleansing/weight reduction program developed by Mark Hyman, MD, (of Canyon Ranch) and, as usual, exquisitely produced by the awesome Susan Piver . You answer a questionnaire and then follow step-by-step behavioral, nutritional and yoga suggestions for daily use. It’s all clearly explained in the booklet, 2 CDs and 70 carefully sequenced instruction cards, and the materials are as beautiful as they are effective. One of my sons went on the program and in weeks he was feeling great, awash in juicy, focused energy and buff as can be.

Okay, that’s it for now.
Take care and be well,
