Our New Guided Imagery Mix CD in Warehouse

06 Mar

Our new CD, Guided Imagery Mix: Six Brief Meditations for Mind, Body & Spirit should arrive in the warehouse this week.

This is a 73-minute collection of brief guided imagery segments, remixed and remastered from some of our most popular titles into self-contained clips, to provide quick access to a relaxed, healing mind state - especially useful when time is short.

This audio includes imagery for Favorite Place, Sitting in the Seat of the Heart, Surrounded by Protection, Walking Meditation, Settling into the Body and Affirmations for Healing the Heart.  Favorite tracks can be mixed and matched however you like.

Cindy and the team have also made significant headway with iTunes.  Just about everything is up now, with a few exceptions that are presenting us with some temporary challenges (these are our imagery for Relationships, Panic Attacks, Stress Hardiness, Stroke and our Hebrew version of Relaxation & Wellness.)

Check out this nice piece on guided imagery by researcher-psychologist Traci Stein PhD here at

Even though it’s now been a couple of months since the Tucson shooting, some people will only now be noticing some aftermath signs of traumatic stress.  So we want to remind you that there’s a page, posted by the Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona for people suffering from the effects of it here

You’ll find a clear explanation of PTS and a bunch of free downloads of our guided imagery that can remediate symptoms.  So if you’re experiencing distress from this event - nightmares, flashbacks, intrusive thoughts; random-seeming flashes of anxiety, fear, anger and agitation; or avoidance, numbing, withdrawal, spaceyness and isolation - please check this resource out.

OK, that’s it for now.
Take care and be well.
