Hello again.

Well, as you probably know, we now have a significant body of research showing that relaxation and imagery clearly improves functioning in tasks that require mental acuity, concentration and cognitive recall - for both regular students and the developmentally disabled. And there’s even more data showing that relaxation and imagery reduces performance anxiety and enhances the ability to excel under pressure.

So we’ve put together some terrific back-to-school sales to empower and assist students who are kissing summer goodbye and getting ready to go back to middle school, high school or college. Whether these kids are getting stressed out in advance just at the thought of returning to the pressures of school, or if they’re simply eager to out-perform themselves and reach their all-time peak of excellence, these resources can be really helpful.

For our back-to-school sale pack, we’ve combined Martha Howard’s fabulous Keys to Your Highest Potential hypnosis and imagery CD with my Self-Confidence & Peak Performance guided imagery CD, and added a marvelously scented dimension with an invigorating aromatherapy candle - sale priced at $39.95. You can find it by clicking here (This pack is also appropriate for adults facing typical performance challenges at work as well.)

And, in addition, we’ve got a terrific, comprehensive teen stress reduction program called Kick Out Stress: Teen Stress Reduction Program by Dr. Philip Morse, that’s just loaded with practical and effective exercises, life skills and coping tools. It’s made up of a terrific DVD, a comprehensive workbook and an imagery and relaxation CD, containing plenty of guided meditations, positive self-talk, written exercises, excellent stress tips and much more. And it’s not just for kids - parents, teachers, coaches, group leaders and counselors can make ample use of this too, to access scores of helpful resources and ideas. And it’s now sale priced at $109.95.

We also have an award-winning, research-proven guided imagery program for middle schoolers through high school, wonderful for teachers, group leaders and coaches to use in the classroom. It’s all spelled out, complete with careful instructions and imagery scripts, in a terrific book by Jan McDermott and Joan Stewart (the creators of this program), called Grand Ideas from Within . Check it out.

Take care and be well,
