I’m happy to announce that we now have all our Health Journeys titles downloaded now, so check here to access all that’s available. We’re still somewhat blown away by the intense popularity of this mode of delivery.. hey, what did we know?
Hello, everyone,

Well, I’m happy to announce that we now have all our Health Journeys titles downloaded now, so check here to access what’s available these days.

So now we’re also working to arrange for the downloading of all the titles of our many other practitioners. So stay tuned - that will be coming along pretty quickly.

Guided imagery is hitting the news on a regular basis these days. For instance, it’s mentioned in a feature story about William Beaumont Hospital’s (Royal Oak, Michigan) services to cancer patients, through their Dept of Integrative Medicine. Imagery is an important part of oncology treatment, as is massage, meditation, yoga and Reiki.

And Redlands Daily Facts has a news story about how guided imagery is an integral part of a smoking cessation program. You can find thathere.

OK, that’s it for now. Take care and be well.
